2nd Annual
Ride and Walk for Haiti!
Our goal this year is to raise $17,500.00.
At $3,500 per house, reaching our goal will mean the construction of 5 new homes for families that lost theirs during the earthquake.
On the left is an old home. The new home on the right was built by local residents with financial support from Roots of Development.
Two Haitian community members from Gran Sous will be at this event to express
their thanks and gratitude toward the tireless efforts of everyone
who has supported Roots of Development.

The 40 mile and 20 mile rides begin at 8:30am and the 4.5 mile family ride begins at 11:30am.
The 5 mile walk begins at 9:30am.

If you choose to wait, you may register on the day of the event from 8:00am-8:30am.
However, the first 50 people to register on-line will receive Roots T-shirts!
Distances & Fees:
(Register today without paying the fee until the day of the event)
40 mile Ride- $30/person minimun donation
20 mile Ride- $25/person minimum donation
4.5 mile Family Ride- $10/person minimum donation
5 mile walk-$20.00/person minimum donation
(Children under 9 ride free)
*Registration fee waived/refunded if you raise $50 or more in donations.
A sandwich, snack and beverage will be provided to registered participants.
